Your Role:
This role will be responsible for leading and coordinating national-level finance operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in payroll processing, statutory reporting, donor fund tracking, internal reconciliations, internal MIS reporting mechanism and audits and finalisation of Balance sheet. The role will also require strong analytical capabilities, automation skills in Excel. Core Deliverables includes:

Prepare portfolio or profile of each child
Prepare monthly progress reports
Plan assessments and impact reports every three months
Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and staff to identify student learning goals
Design and implement customized or small-group instruction plans aligned with curriculum
Monitor student progress and recommend strategies for improvement
Advocate for student well-being and a respectful learning environment
Participate in training and development sessions with other consultants
Guide students (Grades 6–8) through academic and emotional support
Mobilize students for sessions, events, and activities
Track the impact of teaching methods and student outcomes
Collaborate across teams to deliver cross-curricular projects and programs
Deliver interactive, engaging lessons designed for real-world readiness
Experience: Teaching experience will be preferred
